Andrew and Rachel Cartledge lead Harvest Church with a heart for the Horsham community and a passion for seeing lives transformed through faith in Christ. With decades of ministry experience, they are committed to fostering a vibrant, Spirit-led church where people can grow in faith and reach out to the world with the love of Jesus.

Alison and Brian Creek bring their compassionate leadership to the Nhill community, dedicated to building connections and creating a welcoming environment. They are passionate about encouraging people in their walk with God and inspiring them to make a positive impact locally and beyond.

Caleb and Alisha McLaughlin serve with energy and authenticity, leading both the youth and worship ministries at Harvest Church. They are passionate about helping young people encounter Jesus and fostering a worship culture that invites the congregation into genuine, Spirit-filled encounters.

Lucy McKinnon leads the Harvest Kids program, creating a safe and engaging environment for children to learn about God’s love. With a warm and caring approach, she is devoted to teaching biblical truths in a way that helps children grow in faith and joy. A qualified early childhood teacher, Lucy brings a wealth of experience to a vital developmental age group within our church.
